The annual Closet Conferenec & Expo took place in Pasadena last month and we attended to find out what is new in the industry. There were more than 25 sessions on a variety of topics such as software technology, panel processing machinery, CNC machine tools and product inovation. Lisa Adams, Founder of LA Design, had a talk about her celebrity dream closets that she has created. Lindsey Thudin made a presentation on "Doing Business on Houzz.com". She convinced me that we need to put more effort into your Houzz page. You can find it by clicking on the Houzz icon at the bottom of our home page.
Some of the new products that are either already in the market or soon will be included:
- Lockdowel - the future of fastening is now
- Strutturato - self closing sliding door hardware
- Handisolutions - PVC Slatwall in a greater variety of colors
- Closet LED lighting - in the wardrobe tubes, in the shelves, and with motion sensors
We came back to work with new ideas and a stimulus to get them to the marketplace. We are looking forward to upgrading our showroom with some of these innovations.
